Who we are:
We are Fundacja To i Co, a community-driven foundation based in Tczew, Poland, working to support local communities and people with migration backgrounds, especially refugees. Our main mission is social inclusion, empowerment, and sustainable development through activities such as community support, volunteer engagement, and integration initiatives.
We run a community café, where we organize intercultural meetings, film screenings, and social events. In addition, we are planning to open a Youth Club, offering creative workshops and activities for children and teenagers. We operate a Migrant Info Point providing social, language, and legal support, and we promote volunteerism and community engagement.
We also hold a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label, allowing us to host volunteers and coordinate activities meeting European standards and principles.
What we do:
We regularly organize and support:
✅ cultural evenings with people from diverse backgrounds
✅ inclusive community activities (cinema/theatre visits, board games, café events)
✅ workshops and meetups in our café
✅ youth engagement and support activities
✅ humanitarian and social support initiatives for migrants and local communities
We are looking for partners!
We are seeking partner organizations (NGOs, adult education centers, community centres, youth organisations) interested in cooperating on a KA1 Erasmus+ / ESC project to host adult volunteers. Ideal partners would be able to send volunteers to Tczew, Poland to participate in activities such as:
👉 supporting people with migration experience
👉 facilitating cultural and social events
👉 running workshops and meetups in our café, in local schools and librarier
👉 working with youth from different countries in the planned Youth Club
👉 assisting with humanitarian support and community building
Project focus:

✔ volunteer work with adults and youth
✔ community engagement
Planned timeframe:
We aim to implement activities as soon as possible and have a deadline for the Erasmus+ application on 12.02.2026, so we are prioritizing partners who can confirm interest rapidly.
