We’re opening 5 spots in our new European Solidarity Corps Volunteering Project — and we’re looking for people aged 18–30 who want to spend 9 months in Tczew, Poland, doing work that actually matters.
What you’ll actually do?
At Fundacja To i Co, you won’t be stuck doing the same task for nine months straight. Most volunteers combine several areas, depending on their interests and what the community needs that week. You’ll help shape it together with our team.
Migrant Info Point — integration & human rights
Help run integration evenings (game nights, karaoke, bonfires), support English conversation clubs, co-lead workshops about your own country and culture in local schools, or get involved in Amnesty International’s Letter-Writing Marathon.
Ecology & nature education
Co-lead outdoor nature workshops, run educational stands at city events, support the Upcycling Workshop, help out in the community garden, or teach kids about plastic reduction and biodiversity.
Urban mobility
Join school programmes on safe, active mobility, help organise cycling events, work with Tczew’s bike couriers, learn basic bike mechanics, and help residents get around the city in healthier, greener ways.
Jasna Klubokawiarnia community culture space
Our community café-meets-culture-hub. Help organise literary evenings, concerts, art workshops, and events for all ages — and take photos and put together recaps of what happens.
Intercultural nursery
Support our childcare team with the youngest members of our community — assisting during play, creative and movement activities, and preparing materials for everyday sessions.
Or bring your own idea.
If you’ve got a skill or a passion you want to share, we’ll help you turn it into your own project, workshop, or event. Your time here should be about growth as much as contribution.

You don’t need to speak Polish — English is enough to get started. And if you don’t already have a sending organisation in your home country, we’ll help you find one.
Who can apply?
You’re between 18 and 30, come from an ESC-eligible country, and can commit to roughly 9 months. Start dates are flexible within our project period (2026–2027) — spots don’t all begin at once, so tell us your availability when you apply.
